To maintain the quality and hygiene of our garments, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Before You Order

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please email us within 5 days of delivery at khimarbynajm4@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps. The item must be returned within 7 days of approval.

Tailoring Marks

Some garments may have temporary tailor’s chalk or fabric markings used during production. These are completely normal, washable, and are not considered defects. We recommend washing all garments before wearing them.

Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Khimar by Naj is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have:

After Delivery

Khimar by Naj is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, washing, or normal wear.
